It just happened that I stopped by my blog

Salaamun ‘ala man ittaba’ al-Huda.

Srsly, this time I really don’t have the time to write. Way too many programs (albeit cancelled) and too many affairs to be taken care of.

I guess I’ll start with the Quantum Learning program for Form Five students. I ain’t really excited to talk about this but for the sake of recording my life — so that I can reflect back in the future — I'll write about it.

The QL Story

The school was enthusiastic in conducting a programme for us, namely Bengkel 12A SPM. We can clearly feel the excitement radiating from the faces of our teachers— eager to teach us how to use our brain properly to study based on the methods of quantum learning (brain-based learning).

The day arrived: Friday, 3 July, 1500 hours. Guess what, half of the boys are absent. Of all the boys who were present, half of them came after being searched for. Mudir felt so— so— unappreciated with all the sacrifice he had done for us students— for free. Thus, after discussion with his fellow teachers, the programme was cancelled ex abrupto. I was totally mad at that time; I even had a fight with my friend, Azam. I was not mad at Mudir, but those who made Mudir made that decision, i.e. the boys.

After Mudir has cooled off, he told us that if we really want that programme, we are to conduct the programme ourselves. Teachers will just give talks. Meaning; we need to do all the work: paperwork, permission letters, accommodation management, etc. And the programme, insyaAllah, will be held next weekend, the same day as Program UniQ by Al-Jazary Facilitator Club — the last programme by the club. I should be able to attend the programme if the QL programme had not been cancelled. Mattaku. What a great, great, great class I am in.

Next, At-Taqwa.

TrueMuslimah, I guess I have too much load on my shoulders to call the JAIS person to request a preface. Gomen. The work's back to you, then, I guess.

Since I own a DSLR camera, I was made the photographer for the school magazine. My team (Rafi’, Mukhtar, Baihaqi, Luqman, et al) has worked our guts out for these three days (Wed–Fri) taking formal pictures of all the classes, clubs and societies. I was too enthusiastic that I forgot that I wore my songkok for about four hours straight under direct sunlight! Walla, now I have a banded forehead... hua! Sunburn! What’s more, I was even laughed at at my tuition centre…

Facilitator Club Forum

An announcement of a nice forum by Al-Jazary Facilitator Club, that is "Sufi Hatinya Jundi Peribadinya".

This forum is not for members of the club only, but for all. We want to facilitate the society, that is. So feel free to visit the forum and register to be a member! -I'm the admin :)

I guess that’s it. Well, amal jamaie is what we need to prevent us from doing other negative things … Syabab hearts need to work, work and work for ISLAM!

Wassalam~
